    Quick service, hot food, no ketchup, said they could only give 1 extra BBQ sauce with 20 piece nuggets, but did end up giving 2.

    Of the McDonald's locations in the St. Cloud area, I would say this one is the best in terms of service speed. It has sometimes been pretty busy, especially during the lunch hour, but I still end up getting my meal before I would at other locations during non-peak hours. The staff has been friendly every time I've been here as well.

    The only thing that keeps this location from being a 5-star is that the burger patties aren't seasoned as well as other locations I've been to.

    Poor service and their ice cream machine was broken the last 5 times or more that i have gone there to get a shake/ice cream. Thankfully Sartell now has a Burger King so I don't have to go here when I want a snack.
